Frances Fred website and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this information before placing any orders in our online shop.

If you are under 18, you need the approval of a legal guardian to order products from Frances Fred AB.
VAT of 25% is included in all our prices.
We reserve the right to reject any erroneous orders due to misprints on- and offline.

Our shoes are made for indoor use. The high quality leather sole stands up to dry climate but they are sensitive to moisture. We recomennd to have the shoes soled with some sort of protective sole before outside usage. We do not take any responsibility for damages occured by outside usage

 

Order Confirmation

The order will be confirmed by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided at the time of purchase. If you would like to cancel your purchase, change or add something to your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

 

Once you have received your order and we have received a satisfactory payment, you become the owner of the product(s) and the responsibility for them is transferred to you.

We use certified secure payment system abiding to all applicable laws.

Mondido payments and Paypal manages all of our banking transactions. Frances Fred AB does not handle any credit card numbers or process the transactions. For further questions about how our partners handle personal information please contact PayPal or Mondido payments support you can find them at www.paypal.com and www.mondido.com All payments shall be made in advance and prior to the delivery of the purchased product. 

Packages not retrieved

If you do not pick up your shipment(s) and the delivery outlet sends it back to us, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs that this implies, depending on your location and/or shipping origin. This cost is charged by invoice.

Applicable law

When you shop in our online store, the transaction(s) is/are governed by Swedish law, primarily in the section “distance and home sales” laws.

Personal data

According to the Personal Data Act, we must ask you to consent to the processing of your personal data. All personal information that you provide on our website or as we receive, is handled by us at Frances Fred AB as a legal entity.


The name, address, social security number, e-mail and telephone number can be used by us to ensure delivery of your order, but also for credit review and for submitting offers and information about our product range. The information you provide on our website is only available to France Fred AB. You are entitled to access the information that is registered about you. You are always entitled to request that we delete or correct any information about you. By agreeing to our terms of purchase, you agree to this.

Sold out Product(s)

We reserve the possibility that certain models, sizes or item types may have ended in our stock or are delayed from the factory. You will be notified by email, should this occur.
Contact Customer Service if you wish to cancel your purchase or have questions about your order.

Exchange policy

Exchange of Goods (Regular priced products):
If you want to change your shoes to another size or maybe another model, use the return shipping slip. See detailed information below. For customers in Sweden, we charge nothing for the postage when exchanging an order.

 

Exchange of goods (Discounted products)
When buying discounted products, the shipment does not include return shipping notes. If you wish to change your shoes, you will have to pay the shipping for your exchange.

Return Policy

Right of withdrawal means that you as a customer in accordance with the distance and home sales laws have the right to withdraw your agreement within 14 days. The deadline for withdrawal will begin on the day you are notified about shipment delivery, to the phone number or email address you provided at the time of purchase. During these 14 days you can terminate the agreement by leaving or sending a message that you wish to return your purchase. According to the distance and home sales laws, we are obliged to repay the amount within 30 days of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal applies only if the product(s) including its packaging and accompanying items are returned in substantially unchanged condition. In accordance with Swedish legislation, the right of withdrawal also applies to reproductive products.

 

Note that the fee for the postage, 75 SEK, will be charged on your refund.
We will always ship a return ticket in your package (for regular priced products).
If you have dropped or lost the return ticket, please contact customer service and we will send one to you.

 

Products must be returned in their original condition and must include the original packaging including the dustbag. Do not put the return shipping slip directly on the package. Be sure to get a receipt containing package ID from the parcel delivery point, which makes it easier to follow the package delivery when needed.

Webpage & Product including

Frances Fred AB holds the right to adjust prices, involve additional costs and change product information such as product pictures and offers without prior notices. All images and content on the website are made to look as much like the real product as possible but we reserve the right for any errors that may appear. Depending on color settings on different smartphones and computers all pictures should be seen as illustrations only.

Feedback & Complaints

Contact our customer service at shop@francesfred.com and tell us your feedback or complaint about the product(s). We will evaluate the defect and help you to the best of our ability. Claim rights do not apply to defects caused by wear and tear or incorrect usage. Enter your order number and invoice number. Customer service will assist you with your complaint.
If it is possible to repair the product(s), you are advised to go to a proper repair outlet/shop and then send the receipt to us, preferable via email or to:

If the product(s) cannot be repaired, we will send you a special return slip so that you do not have to pay for the shipping.
Once we have received the product(s) and approved the complaint, you will get back the amount you have paid for the product(s).

We follow Swedish consumer laws in claim cases.
