  • What is your return policy?


    Frances Fred has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back for a refund or exchange.

  • How do I return or exchange my Frances and Fred products?


    Products must be returned in their original condition and must include the original packaging.

    Fill in your returns form and put the prepaid return label on the package. Place the label on the box and hand in at your local DHL Service point. Please note that you will bear the cost of return shipping (75 SEK), deducted from your refund, if it is not an Exchange. In which case shipping is free.

    After we've recieved and registered your return a refund will be made. You'll get an email from us confirming that the return has arrived and been approved, where the purchase amount minus any return cost, is stated. The refund might take a few bank days to be processed.

    A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods (including shoe box and/or dustbag) more than was necessary.

  • Would you like to exchange for another size or product?


    No problem ! Please write the name or article number of the product you want on the return form, as well as desired size and colour. Given we have the product in stock, we'll send it to you as soon as we've handled your exchange.

    If the amount for the new product is the same or lower as for the returned product, you will recieve an email confirming a refund of the difference. If the new product is more expensive, please contact our Customer Support.

    When you make an exchange, we don't charge you for the return shipping.

  • I have missed the delivery and the package is being returned to sender, what will happen now?


    Parcels that have been refused by the receiver, failed attempted delivery or have not been collected from the access point in time, will be charged with a return fee. The fee is SEK 300.
